3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver coaching, masterclasses, and diagnostic results you've requested
  • To manage bookings, calendar invites, and reminders
  • To send follow-up emails and SMS related to a masterclass, diagnostic, or programme you've engaged with
  • To process payments for paid programmes
  • To improve our content and understand which marketing is working, using aggregated analytics
  • Where you've opted in, to send broader marketing updates about upcoming masterclasses or content

Our lawful bases for this processing are: performance of a contract (where you've booked or purchased something), consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legitimate interests (for running and improving the business, always balanced against your rights).

4. Who We Share It With

We use third-party tools to run the business, and your data may pass through the following categories of processor:

  • CRM, booking & email/SMS delivery — our all-in-one CRM and automation platform (GoHighLevel), used to manage bookings, calendars, email, and SMS follow-up
  • Email & deliverability — Mailgun, used to send transactional and follow-up email
  • Diagnostic/quiz tool — our quiz application (built on Lovable), which passes your results to our booking page
  • Payments — our payment processor, for anyone enrolling in a paid programme
  • Advertising & analytics — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and analytics/reporting tools (such as Windsor.ai), used to measure ad performance
  • Community — Skool, if you join our free community

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share what's needed for these providers to deliver their service to us.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok, and Google) to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not function as intended if you do.

6. International Transfers

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, we rely on the provider's own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for that transfer.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — typically for the duration of any client relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it (see Section 8), whichever is relevant.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time (for example, by using the unsubscribe link in any email). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on this Site applies at the time of your visit or booking.

Note: This page is a general-purpose starting template based on the tools currently in use (GoHighLevel, Mailgun, a Lovable-built quiz, ad platforms, Skool) and is not a substitute for legal advice. Before publishing it live, it's worth confirming the exact processors in use, your payment provider's name, and having it reviewed against UK GDPR requirements for your specific business.
