Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of honestmanproject.com (the "Site") and any coaching services, programmes, masterclasses, diagnostics, or content offered by The Honest Man Project, operated by Jon Cooke ("we", "us", "our"), 21 Redcar Road, United Kingdom. By using the Site or booking any service, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
The Honest Man Project provides personal development coaching for men, delivered through 1:1 coaching programmes (including but not limited to The Honest Man Transformation, 12-week and 12-month formats), masterclasses (including The Honest Man Reset), diagnostic tools, and related content.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified medical professional or crisis service rather than relying on coaching support.
3. Bookings & Payment
Discovery calls booked through our scheduling system are free of charge. Paid programmes are invoiced or charged according to the pricing and payment schedule agreed at the point of enrolment (including any deposit, payment-in-full, or instalment plan). All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Programme pricing is shared directly on enrolment calls and in enrolment agreements rather than published on this Site, and is subject to change for future cohorts.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Discovery and coaching calls may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice via the booking system or by contacting us directly. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book further sessions.
Paid coaching programmes do not currently carry a money-back guarantee. Any refund, credit, or programme-pause arrangement outside the standard terms is entirely at our discretion and would be confirmed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Coaching outcomes depend on your own engagement, honesty, and follow-through between sessions. We do not guarantee specific results, income, relationship, or career outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your individual effort and circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, materials, worksheets, videos, and content provided as part of our programmes or published on this Site (including the Honest Man Method, the Honest Compass, and related tools) remain the intellectual property of The Honest Man Project. You may use them for your own personal development but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without our written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat what you share in coaching sessions as confidential, save where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to you or others.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Honest Man Project shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programmes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation would be unlawful.
9. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Site and booking flow may link to or rely on third-party platforms (including our booking and CRM system, community platforms such as Skool, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this Site at the time of your use or booking will apply.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
